You’ll work closely with leadership to build financial models, develop investor materials, and translate complex project data into clear, strategic insights. 1. Support investment analysis across project financing and upcoming fundraising initiatives.

2. Prepare investor collateral, memos & other materials to support fundraising and financing discussions.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Carbon Projects, and Marketing) to translate technical project data into clear, strategic financial narratives.

4. Support commercial due diligence and project economics modeling for both ongoing and pipeline projects.

5. Build and maintain dashboards for key fundraising and financing workflows (deal pipeline, investor outreach & others).

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.

2. 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or early-stage startups.

3. Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools, with the ability to build models and decks from first principles.

4. Excellent communication and structuring skills — able to distill complex ideas into concise, executive-ready outputs.

5. Exposure to climate finance, sustainability consulting, or carbon markets is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Social Safeguards Specialist to support the social design and implementation of our Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) projects. This role will focus on community engagement, participatory planning, and ensuring that project implementation aligns with strong social safeguards and impact goals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

● Design and facilitate Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and other participatory techniques to understand community needs, priorities, and local context.

● Design and implement Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) processes withproject communities.

● Support training and capacity-building initiatives for farmers, community members, and local partners.

● Conduct social and economic impact assessments to measure project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.

● Facilitate convergence with government schemes and local development initiatives where relevant.

● Design and manage grievance redressal mechanisms and support adaptive management processes to address community feedback and project learnings.

● Work closely with field teams, local stakeholders, and HQ teams to ensure effective and responsible project implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Rural Development) or related fields.

2. 2+ years of experience working in the development sector.

3. Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural environments.

4. Experience working with tribal and rural communities, particularly smallholder farmers, is highly desirable.

5. Demonstrated ability to build trust, mobilize participation, and address community-specific challenges.

6. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a sensitivity to local cultural and social dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a GIS Intern to support our geospatial data, mapping, remote sensing, and data-quality workflows across Equilibrium's carbon removal projects.

● Process, clean, validate, and analyze geospatial datasets using QGIS, ArcGIS, and/or Google Earth Engine.

● Perform spatial analysis including overlays, spatial joins, buffers, and raster/vector processing.

● Support satellite imagery and remote sensing analysis.

● Use Python and Excel for data cleaning, analysis, automation, and GIS-ready outputs.

● Prepare maps, spatial outputs, reports, and technical documentation whilemaintaining strong QA/QC standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in GIS, Geography, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, or a related field.

● Hands-on experience with QGIS and/or ArcGIS through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.

● Basic understanding of coordinate systems, UTM, projections, and transformations.

● Familiarity with remote sensing concepts such as reflectance, optical bands, and radiometric calibration.

● Basic working knowledge of Python; familiarity with GeoPandas, Rasterio, Xarray, or NumPy is a plus.

We are looking for someone focused on execution, managing RFP submissions, organizing project data, and ensuring our investor materials are always sharp and up-to-date, amongst other key responsibilities.

● Support on RFPs & Submissions: Assist in compiling data and drafting responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), grant applications, and project level due diligence.

● Material Updates: Help update and polish investor collateral, memos, and presentation decks to ensure our fundraising narratives are current and professional.

● Project-Level Support: Assist with project economics & financial modelling by gathering data, updating inputs in financial models, and performing basic analysis on our project pipeline.

● Data Management: Update and maintain dashboards for fundraising workflows, deal pipelines, and investor outreach to keep the team organized.

● Market Research: Conduct research on carbon markets and sustainability trends to support the team’s strategic insights
